By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Artwork will be completed and provided to your OIDC Committee contact no later than March 21st, 2025. Artwork will be hung/displayed by our partner contacts unless otherwise specified by artist. The provided artwork will be debuted for silent auction at WOMPA (3306 Charles Page Blvd, Tulsa, OK 74127) on the date of the Artist Opening night, April 3rd, 2025. The artwork will remain on display for two weeks. Bidding for the artwork will begin on Thursday, April 17th at 10:00am and end at 10:00pm that same day. OIDC is not responsible for any damage or theft to the art while in our possession for silent auction. If the artwork does not sell, artwork will be returned to the artist. Please allow OIDC up to two (2) weeks after the auction closes to process and distribute payments.
